Billing Options

(1) Flat Fee Arrangements - We typically offer flat fee arrangements for the majority of our services, such as real estate purchases and sales, incorporating a business, drafting certain agreements or wills, as well as other services. Please contact us if you would like to inquire regarding flat fee arrangements for our services.

(2) Per-Hour Billing - We have a standard hourly rate for matters where the total required time may be more difficult to estimate. Monthly retainer rates may be negotiated as well.

We do not charge a fee for initial telephone consultations. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your legal matter to see if we can help.

PaYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience, we accept credit cards, Interac e-transfers, and cheques. For security reasons, we do not accept cash.
